Unable to Connect to VPN Proxy on iOS

Quick Checks

  1. Ensure App Is Up to Date:
    • Open the App Store and install the latest VPN Proxy update.
  2. Confirm iOS Version:
    • Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
    • Enable Automatic Updates to download and install iOS patches automatically.
  3. Test Internet Access:
    • Disable all VPN connections.
    • Open a website to verify network connectivity.
    • If the site doesn't load, troubleshoot your Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Additional Troubleshooting

  1. Reboot Your Device:
    • Power off your iPhone or iPad and turn it back on.
  2. Toggle Airplane Mode:
    • Open Control Center or Settings.
    • Enable Airplane Mode, wait a few seconds, then disable it.
    • Reopen VPN Proxy and try connecting again.
  3. Restart VPN Proxy App:
    • Close VPN Proxy completely (swipe it away in the app switcher).
    • Reopen the app and wait up to 30 seconds and reconnect to VPN.
  4. Try a Different Server:
    • In the VPN Proxy app, try to connect to a server marked as "fastest".
    • Select a different region (e.g., US, Italy) from the list.
